Sun’s out, scissors out

Sun’s out, buns scissors out.
‘Tis the season when pants turn into skirts, tees turn into tanktops, hoodies get cropped, dresses are cut in two and denim gets destroyed.

It took only a couple of cuts to transform this old Levi’s 501 into a skirt; cutting off the legs on different lengths and then cutting them open. Two stitches at the front and back to keep the the open flaps flat and a couple of minutes to fray the edges nicely.
