AWKWARD LENGTHS
Just before flying back to The Netherlands last week after an assignment in the south of Germany, Romeo and I had a few hours of free time to explore the city. We managed to squeeze in a visit to a glass cube that housed a contemporary art museum and also quickly snapped what I was wearing – it’s been a while hasn’t it? -. I wore what has become a bit my daily uniform this winter: straight and slightly wide trousers cut to an awkward length, sport socks that make wearing heels a lot more comfortable plus a turtleneck.
/ More details and imagery of that glass cube coming up in a new ‘places‘, stay tuned
Love these pants! x

it’s great you like our contemporary arts museum in munich! and as much as you consider the lengths awkward, the look isn’t awkward at all, love it!

Ugh, Ivania. Your socks + mule shoes are giving me life. Have you ever thought of producing/ compiling a book? I love your pieces of writing and photography, so having a hard copy would literally be a dream. Keep doing what you do, you’re a constant inspiration.
I love this look!

@ Alex
Hope you read this: your comment gives me life!
Thank you so much for your encouraging words, Its really a dream of me to bring some of my digital work into something touchable and real.
Surprisingly, I like the combination of those socks and shoes too. 🙂 Unusual but it works. But please, tell me this isn’t all you wore outside! Is it that warm in Germany this January? What’s happening to our planet’s climate?
You are always so beautiful!
@Olga
Thank you! Off course I also wore a long coat outdoors
it was about 0 degrees in Germany
I really like the combinations your wearing! It definitely is going in my clothing rack! Grtz Inneke
As usual your outfit amazes me. Perfect. Fresh and minimalistic. I adore the sporty socks in heels and frayed bottoms.
Love the urban addition through the socks – forever clean forever beautiful

I really want to like this outfit, I like the touch of gold, bracelet and the frayed pants, but I just don’t think the sports socks work for me. Maybe it’s the knit of it, but I feel like the mules and the frayed pants hem are texture enough and the thick sports socks sends it from weirdly great juxtaposition to unintentional ragamuffin.
I hope I’m not bring too traditionalist.
I love this look specially ur cut pants!
